GROUP THERAPY
All of our groups are designed to be small in nature, with no more than 4 people participating per group. This allows for stronger connections among group members, more individual support, and reduces social anxiety that can occur in larger groups. We will be adding groups, and possibly additional time/dates for popular groups, as the year progresses.

Organized Chaos is a support group tailored for working adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD later in life. It offers a unique space to discuss the challenges and strategies specific to managing ADHD in the professional world. Through shared experiences, tips on navigating workplace dynamics, and practical coping mechanisms, this group empowers members to thrive in their careers while embracing their ADHD journey.
