Therapy is a cooperative process between clients and I to pursue their goals and values. 

My approach

I primarily use an approach called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The foundation of ACT is the understanding that people's thoughts and feelings are normal and natural. ACT focuses on living a 'rich, full, and meaningful life guided by our own values'. It is my belief is that a client's values and goals should determine their choices.
